PENGARUH REKRUTMEN BERBASIS REFERRAL, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN KESESUAIAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN

This study aims to analyze the effect of referral-based recruitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture fit on employee loyalty. The research adopts a quantitative approach using descriptive and verificative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees as research respondents. The data analysis technique employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares using SmartPLS. The results indicate that referral-based recruitment, job satisfaction, and organizational culture fit have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Organizational culture fit is identified as the most dominant variable influencing employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.471 shows that 47.1% of the variation in employee loyalty can be explained by the independent variables in this study. This study implies that organizations should optimize referral-based recruitment systems, enhance job satisfaction, and strengthen organizational culture to improve employee loyalty sustainably.
