Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of financial payment, lifestyle, and financial knowledge on financial management behavior. The study focuses on urban residents of Pontianak City aged 18-40 years who actively use Fintech Payment (minimum 6 months). A sample of 100 respondents was selected through purposive sampling with criteria as users of GoPay/OVO/ ShopeePay, minimum income of Rp2.5 million/month, and residing in Pontianak City. The sample distribution is 40% millennials and 60% Gen Z. The main instrument is a Google Form questionnaire with 36 statements. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression method. The test results show that all variables in the research model have significant influence, thus all proposed hypotheses are accepted. The research findings indicate that the Financial Knowledge variable has the strongest positive influence followed by Fintech Payment, while Lifestyle has a negative influence
